What Traid does
Traid helps you import and review completed trades, calculate performance statistics and keep notes, strategy records and video links. It is a journal, not a brokerage or investment advisory service. Traid does not execute live orders. BackScratch trades and replay results are simulations.
Charts and calculations depend on the records you import, your settings and available third-party data. Supported import formats are shown in Setup. Check the results against your broker’s records. Traid is not your official broker statement or a substitute for tax records.
Your account
Provide accurate account information and keep your login details secure. Contact help@traidvue.com if you believe someone else has accessed your account. Do not upload unlawful material, malicious files, or information you do not have permission to use. Do not bypass access controls, plan limits or other users’ account protections.
You must be at least 18 years old to create or use a Traid account.
Each account and each Premium subscription is for one individual user. Do not share your login, lend or sell access, or allow another person to use your account. You may use your own account on your own devices. Real, Paper and additional named profiles are workspaces for the same user, not extra user seats.
Free and Premium access
The Free plan includes the journal with advertising, a maximum of five successful statement uploads and three successful chart openings per day, resetting on the server’s UTC day. Failed chart loads do not count. BackScratch, Paper mode, the additional named profile and ten additional metrics require Premium. These limits describe the current app; see Pricing for the feature list.
Premium access is available through a qualifying active subscription or an operator-granted entitlement. Premium includes Real and Paper modes and one additional profile with a name of up to five letters. An operator-granted entitlement does not create a paid subscription.
Recordings and uploaded content
You retain your rights in your notes, trade records and recordings. You grant the operator only the permission needed to store, process and display them to provide the service, including through its service providers. This is not permission to publish your private journal for advertising.
Daily Videos stores a YouTube link rather than hosting the YouTube recording. You control the recording’s visibility in YouTube. Unlisted videos can be watched by anyone who has the link; private videos depend on your YouTube permissions and Google login.
BackScratch accepts temporary video uploads up to 2 GB. They expire two hours after upload. The server removes expired files when the relevant journal or video endpoint is next accessed; this is not a promise that every file is physically erased at the exact two-hour mark. Keep your original recording. Uploading a replacement or using the remove control deletes the current server upload through the app’s normal operation. A browser may already hold buffered video data.
Availability, changes and ending access
Third-party data services, maintenance and faults may interrupt features. Report service problems to help@traidvue.com. We will handle remedies required by applicable consumer law; these terms do not exclude mandatory rights concerning defective digital services, refunds or compensation.
We may restrict access when there is a reasonable basis to believe an account is being shared, used without legally required authorisation, used to bypass plan limits or security controls, or used for unlawful content, fraud, malicious activity or other material breaches of these terms. A change of device or IP address alone is not proof of account sharing.
For a first breach that can be corrected, we will normally explain the issue and give you a reasonable opportunity to fix it. We may suspend access immediately where needed to protect accounts, other users or the service, or to address serious unlawful conduct. Serious or repeated breaches may lead to account termination. Restrictions will be proportionate and reviewed; a complaint or negative review alone is not grounds for restriction.
We will explain the reason and next steps by email unless doing so is prohibited by law or would create a security risk. You can ask for a review at help@traidvue.com. We will correct restrictions imposed in error. Cancellation, payments and any refunds will be handled under the subscription terms and mandatory consumer law; suspension does not automatically forfeit all rights or payments.
To request a copy of your personal data or close and delete your account, email help@traidvue.com from your account email address and explain what you would like us to do. Traid’s operator handles these requests personally. We may ask for reasonable information to verify your identity, but will never ask for your password.
For a data-copy request, we will provide the personal data you are entitled to receive in a commonly used electronic format, using a delivery method appropriate to its sensitivity. For deletion, we will remove the account data covered by your request unless a lawful exception applies. We will explain any information that must be retained and why, and confirm the outcome by email. Response times and retention exceptions are described in the Privacy notice.
Cancelling Premium keeps your Free account open; deleting the account is a different request. If you also want to stop your subscription, say so in your email so we can handle both together.
Routine improvements, bug fixes and maintenance updates are rolled out automatically without a separate email for each release. You can find the current application version in Setup.
For changes to the service or these terms that require notice under applicable law, we will provide the required information and notice, including by email where required, and explain the effective date and any applicable cancellation rights. Updated terms will show their revision date. Automatic software updates do not remove mandatory consumer rights or allow us to disregard existing paid contracts.
Rights in the service
The Traid software, original site text and visual assets are protected where applicable by intellectual-property law. Third-party software, marks, data and content remain subject to their owners’ rights and licences. Your journal content remains yours. Nothing here limits uses permitted by mandatory law.
Hungarian law applies, subject to any mandatory protections available to consumers in their country of habitual residence. These terms do not require consumers to give up courts or remedies available under mandatory law.
